We aim to close reported cases within 2 weeks of the initial report. Therefore, we kindly ask you to explain to us the problem in detail.
Important:
We are only able to accept returns within 10 business days, starting from the date of delivery.
The product needs to be in an unused and undamaged condition.
Personalised products can NOT be returned

Shipping
Our goal is to reduce waste of material and therefore work with our suppliers to use the minimum required. Our delivery timelines therefore vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the product. Kindly refer to each product individually for the exact delivery time.
