    We aim to close reported cases within 2 weeks of the initial report. Therefore, we kindly ask you to explain to us the problem in detail.

    Important:

    • We are only able to accept returns within 10 business days, starting from the date of delivery.

    • The product needs to be in an unused and undamaged condition.

    • Personalised products can NOT be returned

  • Shipping

    Our goal is to reduce waste of material and therefore work with our suppliers to use the minimum required. Our delivery timelines therefore vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the product. Kindly refer to each product individually for the exact delivery time.
